PLEASE NOTE THAT NEXT DAY AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR.
Orders received by 2pm for in-stock items will be despatched on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery Charges
UK Delivery
All orders are despatched via Royal Mail using your choice of either Standard or Next Day service. Officially Standard delivery takes 2-3 days however we have found that the vast majority are actually delivered on the next working day after we despatch. Next Day is great if you want the guarantee of next working day delivery or want the security of a signed for service.

International Orders
Mossfraser ships worldwide and is delighted to serve our international customers.
Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery country, however the delivery price is shown clearly on screen once we know what country you want us to deliver to. We will show you the total cost of your order, including shipping, before we ask you for payment.
Shipping to the Europen Union is £6.00. Wordwide is £10.00
Orders from overseas can only be shipped to the address on the card used for payment.
Orders shipped to non-UK addresses are sent using UK International couriers Signed For, depending on the destination. They provide proof of dispatch from the UK. Delivery time is approximately 4 working days to EU addresses and up to 10 days for the rest of the world. Mossfraser cannot be held responsible if deliveries take longer than these estimates.

When ordering goods from mossfraser.com for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
